Eagle Rock, through its principal division, Eagle Vision, is a leading independent producer, publisher, and distributor of music programming for television and DVD, comprising live concerts and documentaries. To date, it has achieved 18 "Platinum" awards and 14 "Gold" awards for its US releases.

All Eagle Rock's in-house productions since 1999 have been produced in Hi-Definition; in addition, all major artists performing at the Montreux Jazz Festival since 1991 have been filmed in Hi-Def.

Eagle Rock has two other divisions - Eagle Media, Eagle Audio (comprising Eagle Records and Armoury Records). Each unit complements Eagle Vision, providing the sourcing, production, and exploitation of audio-visual product.

Headquartered in London, Eagle Rock also has offices in New York, along with a presence in Los Angeles, Toronto, Hamburg, and Paris.
